Egads! Must be a weekend, over 12 hours between posts.


Just checking in before getting kiddo up and starting to get ready. Pictures at 9 and then off to South Bend for Nutcracker this afternoon. Hope everyone has a great day.

'Bout to make a big ole' skillet of fried sausage and golden hominy. Coupled with some eggs and biscuits, frickin' fantastic!

 

rain today...may spell doom for my outdoor Christmas decorating for this year

Just got back from the day in South Bend. Saw Notre Dame's golden dome in the distance as we drove by... enjoyed the Nutcracker and had a nice dinner at a keltic "public" style restaurant. Yes Bill... I had Sheppard's Pie. They had really good fish and chips (and even good grilled Cheese). Bill, if you are ever in South Bend, Fiddler's Hearth is a nice spot to stop.

 

Thanks Justin, it has been bookmarked in the old noggin! Did a quick Google search on the place, saw the pretty food pics :drool, and now SWMBO wants to go tomorrow. :happy102
