    After just one shave I'm in love. Probably the smoothest razor in my collection and I have some smooth shaving razors. The angle came naturally so it was an easy three passes. I'll give it a six shave run to see if I'm still as enamored with it as I am right now.
    I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts and seeing your SOTD pics.

    SE SOTD, Wed, Aug 19th 2020

    Razor: Gem Junior bar Lather catcher- Mfg 1907-11 Excellent milder razor that takes a person back in a time warp.They had it right!
    Blade: Gem Personna SS PTFE (8)- Excellent blade.
    Soap: Razorock Lavender.
    Brush: Yaqi Tuxedo knot 24mm- makes great lather and has cloud like soft tips.
    Pre-shave: Brush wash my whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on beard area.
    Prep: cold water rinse after each pass of 3 + pickups.
    Post shave: Razorock King Louis Lavender aftershave with witch Hazel + a tiny dollop of Nivea balm.
    Results: CCS,DFS,BbS + no irritation + no weepers = [​IMG]Excellent shave with my Gem Jr bar lather catcher.

    Thx. Steve-O. I tried one 10 years ago - and like you I didn't like or couldn't control the distribution very well. Great idea, we just have to find one that dispenses well. I am thinking when one of my edt bottles empties and that I like, I will attempt converting to h20. Thx

    RAZOR: Witte ‘Copperhead’ 13/16 (Mug), Blackland Tradere (Dome)
    BLADE: Feather DE
    PREP: Cold water rinse followed by a scrub with Rabid Banana Preshave Cube
    BRUSH: SR Synthetic
    SOAP: Mitchell’s Wool Fat w/ 6 drops of M-Bomb
    POSTSHAVE: Cold water wash with brush squeezings followed by Humphreys Lilac WH and Osage Rub. Finished with Fine Accoutrements Snakebite AS Splash.
