    Tonight's shave. Got a vintage "John Weis" straight razor, not exactly sure how old it is. some websites say the late 1800s, anyway the razor is in excellent condition. IMG_20200823_191042.jpg

    I took Joe's advice. I did a pass on my leg to see how it cut my hair, seems pretty smooth.. gonna go slow for tonight's shave though. I got it pretty sharp.

    Thanks Jeff! Life is good, even in 2020. I'm just spending my extra time learning how to do stuff and this group is hard to keep up with. Glad to see you enjoying the straights. I know that's something you wanted to do for a long time. I see you're maintaining your own edges too. I think it's time to buy a lathe and take this hobby to the next level.
