Quick question: how similar are Iced Pineapple and Executive Man? I’ve been super curious about Iced Pineapple for a while now, but I am unable to order a soap sample. Would you guys recommend just taking the plunge and ordering a 5.8oz tub? I really like EM, and I quite enjoy a bit of chill with my shaves, so I am thinking this could be a good match. Thanks PS - how would Iced Pineapple shave soap and Executive Man EDT match up? Would they be a complimentary combo?
That's a no brainer. If you like pineapple and the Aventus scent and menthol, Iced Pineapple is the absolute bomb. I use my Iced Pineapple with several Aventus inspired A/S and cologne, all great matches.
Well, that's a glowing review if I've ever heard one! I just placed an order for a puck of Iced Pineapple and a bottle of Executive Man EDT... Now we wait.
Just finished the "Sophisticate" hand/bath soap(meant as a bath soap, but I use it at the sink for hand-washing), and now the Barbershop hand-soap is set to go.
Saturday morning’s Grand Freeze: Stirling Glacial Margaritas in the Arctic - three times as much menthol as the original version with the same lovely citrusy/tropical scent, the same wonderful, super slick lather, and such great skincare. The Glacial Unscented balm is so moisturizing as well as soothing along with a powerful menthol sensation, and the Alcolado Glacial menthol splash works so well as an aftershave. My cologne today was Chabrawichi 555 which is from Egypt - an extremely cheap brand which smells very nice - it’s a mixture of lemon and lavender. Egyptian barbershops use it on their customers. I'd say a combination of Vanilla and Sandalwood. Maybe some barbershop, too. Doc Ezlovan sure gave it the proper title, as it does provide that "sophisticateD feeling". I wonder if he plans to make it into a shavesoap/aftershave set? Hope so.

Well, I had a great mail day today! First shave with Iced Pineapple was great! Surprisingly realistic pineapple smell, and a nice amount of menthol (on par with Proraso Green IMHO). Afterwards I hit myself with one spray of the Executive Man EDT, and I’m still catching whiffs of it about 4 hours later. I’m glad to see that the EM EDT is the exact same scent as the soap!
