Happy Hump Day. I haven't used the Stuga Silvertip lately so I decided to give it a go. My wife always notices when Iuse one of her gifts so that helps with the hubby points. I squeezed out an almond sized portion of the the Godrej lime cream and bowl and added some B&M Terrorade to the mix. The resulting lime chill lather was perfect on a muggy morning. Three passes and touch ups just missed the baby. I managed to miss an area along my jawline. Oh well it was a great shave anyway. I hope everyone has a great Wednesday.

  12. Wonderful shave and picture, Clint! Chilled lime sounds fantastic! I'm breaking out the Terrorade and a lime soap at some point this weekend.

Third shave with the ETHOS and I got this soap figured out.
Never thought I would say this, but this soap does NOT---repeat NOT need as much H2O as most other soaps.
There is so much moisture already incorporated in the product, that it just takes a minimal amount.
    Soaked my brush.
    Shook out my brush.
    Loaded directly from the jar.
VERY sticky, dipped the tippy tops of the badger hair into some water.
    Continue to load.
    Still
    sticky-ish.
    One more dippy-dip.
    Finished loading.
Index finger swiped off the top of the product.
    To the bowl.
    Whippy-whip.
    Breach clearing.
    Three-four drops of H2O.
    More whipping.
    Done.
    To the face.
Back and forth, paint-brushing the beard-area.
    A few---very few scrubby scrubs.
    Circular motions.
    Dippy-dip into the H2O.
    Painted on newly-wetted lather.
    Done.
Three superlative passes with the Fatip.
Cleared the brush, wiped on the "tenderloin" of lather.
    Cleaned up the rest.
    BBS...even on the neck.
    Booyakasha.

I am meeting Joe C for breakfast so I decided to do a quick shave on a 23 hr stubble. 2.5 passes with buffing gave me an IBSS shave. The blade was not sharp enough and I didn't want any irritation so I decided to let the shave be at this point. Binned the blade and will reload another blade later. Finished with a generous portion of the aftershave. After breakfast, I will be hitting the gym for the 3rd time this week. I have to say that I have been sore the last 2 days. Lol! Have a fine day gents! 20200826_081800.jpg
