  3. Great Proraso Green shave Joe!

Fun read Bill! Have heard good things about Crescent City Razors. Haven't been a customer yet.

Hopefully they'll be (the New Orleans area) spared the worst of the storm, as Hurricane Laura plodding towards Lake Charles area. Anyone heard from @RyX lately?

    Thanks, Joe!
    Great report, Joseph!
    Enjoy your breakfast with Joe!

I met Andrew @Linuxguile for lunch a couple of times when he worked up north here. I gave him a bottle of the Veg, he shortly after quit his job and never came back. Maybe coincidence, maybe not.

A very nice 2 pass'er this morning. Pulled out the excellent MonoBilt and enjoyed an Old Spice dupe shave. Had a few minutes delay after I started the first stroke and realized there was no blade in there. Headed to the cache and the PermaSharp got its number called. Always a good choice.
I'm not completely smooth, but it was more than acceptable for 2 passes.
    Have a great day all!

  8. I forgot! You are from that general area. I should have just asked if you could spare a small piece of wall from one of the razor storage vaults.

  9. Very nice, Jason!
I haven't done the no blade thing yet, but I have loaded an AC blade backwards. I now always wear my readers when loading a blade.

  11. Thanks, Blair. I've never had an issue with the Personna blades - plus I've already had several good shaves on this particular blade too. It just needs changing. When I get closer to needing a resupply on injector blades, I may look at other brands though. You never know until you try, right?

  16. Great job all week with the Felce, Pierpaolo. If I was forced to pick one, I'd say it is my favourite scent in wetshaving. You have inspired me for tomorrow.

  19. A great looking lather indeed, Joseph. I hear what you're saying, usually more water is the answer, so it is less common to find soaps that work well with less.
