Would you put your pants back on!

Sorry Jason, don't know anything in that part of the country.

    Morning all.

I am really disliking the 1st being on Friday. It turns out my paycheck won't be deposited until Monday or Tuesday due to the bank being on Holiday. Why? It is electronically transferred from my employers bank account to my bank every other Friday. There is no personal contact in the money transfer, nobody pushes a button to say OK, it just happens. But now I have been told that my auto-deposited pay won't be available until at least Monday and maybe Tuesday? Argh!

I love how I can make a single random statement, leave it vague and with no context to simmer awhile, and see the interpretations ya'll come up with!
    what a great game!

Actually, I was originally thinking tires or shoes leaving marks.. but then thought... hey its Jim and a pants comment can always fit in here.

Night folks... I am gonna try the shave in the shower thing... with a non super sharp razor. Hope to see you all tomorrow.

good luck with that! I really used to enjoy shaving in the shower, but then I got to thinking how much water I was wasting, and then tried to rush it, and then started shaving at the sink, which I used to despise, and now prefer.
    weird, huh?

Ended up turning the computer back on anyway.. Well, I can now say that I have done that. And in someways it was nice (novelty...) However, Jim, I kept thinking the same thing about the water. It didn't end up being a great shave, because I picked something that wouldn't do too much damage if dropped (a PAL injector which barely exposes the blade). It was awkward trying to figure out where to put things and how to use things without messing up lather. Sure, I could have turned the water off, but I can't store brush, razor, etc... in the shower. So I will be lugging everything out each time... just not worth it. But now I have done it and can weigh in a little on those discussions.

Thanks for the update, Justin! Glad you're a survivor.

I loved it when I shaved with a fusion. Had a little shower caddy that held a goo can and my razor, with a fog proof (ha!) mirror above. It was luxurious in it's own water-wasting way, but shaving at the sink is now much better.

yeah, back in the dark days, with the cartridge monster and goo, shaving in the shower didn't waste hardly any more water than the sink would have, so there was nothing to it.
however, I do miss the incredible efficiency of between pass rinses the shower head provided! :happy102
    and no counter top cleanup!
