    speaking of roids...

    the daughter was prescribed 'roids as part of her medicine for the respiratory infection and now I know what a toddler with 'roid rage looks and sounds like:

    a two foot tall cute as can be ball of seething rage that circles the room violently claiming that everything is "MINE" and you better not touch it or God help you...

    It is ridiculously cold here and windy. Colder than I think it's been in the 9 or so years I've been in VA.

    Jenna news;
    Talked to her father about the Operation game she got for Christmas. He actually had a great idea. Don't put the batteries in! Well, duh! Why didn't I think of that? It's perfect. She can work on her fine motor skills, but not get the negative feedback the buzzer would give.

    Now to see if she still wants to play it. I mentioned trading it in for something Princess. And well, Princess takes precedence over everything else, in her mind.

    The other bit is; she was trying to do the letters of the alphabet. In ASL!
    I haven't seen it, but her father says she was bending her fingers to replicate the pictures in one of her workbooks.

    JoAnna, I've got two or three long-handled SA razors here. Want one? They're just the plain ol' black and chrome jobs, but they're good razors.

    Great news about HRC and ASL! Also good idea about how to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear!

    And 'roids? I take 'em every day. No wonder I've got such a sunny personality. :happy005

    Thanks, Tom! But I'm fairly certain I have a chrome one downstairs. It's cold down there, though. Haven't gone down to check yet.

    Why is it so freaking hard to find out if tonight's episode of *fill-in-the-blank* is a rerun or not?

    And I just saw on the news that the guy who invented pez dispensers died. :(
