    Thanks for sharing that memory with us, Blair. Quite an interesting trip, indeed.
    Sorry about the rough set down, but at least you salvaged the remainder of the shave.

    Semogue 820 Boar
    D.R. Harris Arlington Shaving Soap
    Dickinson's Witch Hazel
    4711 Aftershave

    Three passes with the GEM Damaskeene provided a wonderfully comfortable and irritation free shave today. I find the Damaskeene to be a very forgiving razor and also one that's easy to maneuver.

    Good morning!

    Another shave that was rougher than it should have been. I'm calling the blade a dud. I should have pitched it after the first shave. Three passes, a couple of weepers and some hot spots reported by the alum. Always tomorrow.
