I've come close to a mini rule. Same razor for the last six shaves. Nothing but Stirling so far this month. My brush selection has been pretty random though.

monday morning..if it works for everyone....i know it's SEptember.but i think we could use something to dial us in.a restart per se..just my .002 cents..the thread needs this from time to time..our old leaders are absent and Joseph is busy..i love this group for its values and commitment and friendship..and structure..

 

i was just hoping we could all do something as a group..no limits to what one uses,just the same set up for a week..it's hard, but it's what we ask of the newbies..

 

I will be 80 in 15 yrs. There's a possibility that I may not have a steady hand or worse.

Well, I said at the beginning of the month that I was going to devote a mini focus of 5 shaves starting the 2nd week of September with the Mad Max. Of course, I will only use my Catie's Bubbles Tuxedo brush. Fortuitously, I should be getting Gentlemen's Nod Zaharoff Signature Shave Soap and Aftershave and will be using them during that time. My fives shaves will take more than a week. Lol!

 

I probably would start on Saturday or Sunday because I will want to try this new soap and aftershave that should be in by Fri or Sat.

that works for me..i am very flexible..i have little to do so any start point works if everyone else agrees.i will chose 1 razor.not 5 variants of one type.1 brush ,and one soap brand.big deal for me as i can't even keep an avatar for a week..

 

If a group is doing this I'm in, I guess. For some reason the Possum Lodge "Man's Prayer" is going through my head.

Awesome three pass shave with the MMOC. Positive vibes from the missus is an added bonus. We are chugging along in this first week of hybrid-mania. At least I am smelling good.
