That’s what works for me and my old leathery skin! You may need less or more. You should experiment. YMMV

Straight Razor Shave #203 Max Sprecher 10/8 Half Hollow Barber's Notch Catie's Bubbles Tuxedo Synthetic Brush Stirling Spice SS and AS I love this Tuxedo brush because it really does a fine job producing a creamy lather. I picked the Stirling Spice because I rarely use it and I wanted a cologne scent for the 7 shaves. This soap is supposed to be a dupe of Old Spice. It has a wonferful scent, but I would disagree about it being a dupe. I was going to use the Gentleman's Nod Zaharoff Signature Soap and Aftershave, but Fedex didn't deliver my package. Supposedly, it is out on the truck for today's delivery. Anyway, I picked the Mad Max for the 7 shave challenge because I have only shaved with it 8 times since I got in in early June. I really have it dialed in but I just want to use more frequently. I did 2.5 passes with very little pickup for a nice, comfortable BBS shave, albeit I did get a tiny weep while I was doing the Fool's Pass on my stache area. Irritation was non-existent. Double splashed the matching aftershave and I smell and look good. Have an awesome Saturday gentlemen!
Thanks Jeff. Came out fine. I'd love to be able to stretch out the Agadir aftershave through this fall&winter, but at least I know where I can re-order. At 6.7 oz, you get a pretty good amount.
I have Spice in both soap&A.S. My goal this fall&winter is to finally become ONE with the aftershave. I like it a lot, but it continues to sting me(although last fall&winter, it was better than the previous).
I purchased mine as a BST here on TSD from @Karl G , but mine was never used. It was a custom order Karl did I think, but lost in the COVID shipping craziness, and finally showed up after the replacement from Sergio showed up. His only warning was not to strop before using, that Sergio puts a wicked edge on his blades straight after polishing. Karl wasn’t kidding... The tip profile on my example is particularly offensive if pressure is applied inappropriately. I’m sure you will love yours!

I do about 100 swirls so that is about a minute. Today's shave, I went to the puck 3 times to lather before the first pass. I usually don't do it, but I just wanted to try a different method. It still was about 1 minute.
I introduced my sister and her husband to Stirling with some bath soap and body lotion. She loved the body lotion and just received her first order. Looks like she picked up some post shave balm for her husband. She likes mild to unscented products. I warned her that the Electric Sheep soap sample could knock her socks off. Maybe she'll give it to me.
Thank you Clint! I am excited using Mad Max for at least 7 shaves in this challenge. The Stirling Spice soap and aftershave is icing on the cake. I should use the soap and aftershave more frequently.
