    Thanks Joe!
Things are slowing down a bit here, maybe.

    Thanks!
Just trying to keep it fresh.
    Nothing really exciting or fantastic.
Just some stuff I picked up along the way.

Lovely TNNSER shave PierPaolo! I love your coastal backgrounds! I really miss Tuscany, and am hoping at some point when a vaccine is available here in the states that will allow us to travel again, I can return to your beautiful country, the land of my mother’s ancestors! Enjoy your day!

This is why I am here!
You guys really tell it how it is.
    No favorites, just skill making.
I've been doing it (wet shaving) for a few years. I still learn things from this group and are shown things I haven't realized yet.
    Thanks Bill!

I did notice that...kinda made me wonder if maybe it was one of those "rent by the hour" kinda places. :happy102:
However, it was your gear that made me say that you travel in style. :)

SOTD SUNDAY MORNING, SEPTEMBER 13, 2020

Well day 2 of the G7DC focus here at TSD proved to be a much more successful shave than yesterday on my mug, although I’m still not quite where I want to be on the noggin with this Paul Revere Type L which has proven to be a much less efficient injector shaver than my trusty Type E or Supply V2 razors.

My Nancy Boy Signature cream is just about depleted, although enough remains to complete this challenge. The new tub is due tomorrow so there should be no issues on that score. I’m really coming to enjoy using Argan Oil pre and post shave. The mug shave went very well thanks to some excellent hold pointers from a more experienced Feather DX TSD shaver (@b1hart) which allowed me to reach velveteen status for the first time with the DX loaded with a Feather Super with one slight weeper.

Unfortunately, that was not the case on my dome. I found that I needed to exert some pressure to clean up things, but just couldn’t seem to get at the stubble in the valleys in the back of my dome resulting in a few slight nicks which my Proraso Styptic gel handled, but left me with a DFS++. I will continue. It may be the length of the handle on the Paul Revere that’s throwing me off my game. Many would be very satisfied with a dome shave this close, but I’ve unfortunately, been spoiled by my AC safety razors, my Schick Type E, my Supply and my Shake Sharps. Oh well, there’s always tomorrow!

RAZOR: Feather Wood Handle DX Barber’s Razor (Mug), Schick Paul Revere L Type Safety Razor (Dome)
BLADE: Feather Super (Mug), Schick Injector II (Dome)
PREP: Cold water rinse followed by Argan Oil
BRUSH: MrEE Knurled Aluminum Handle #007 w/ Hybrid Knot
    CREAM: Nancy Boy Signature
POSTSHAVE: Cold water wash with brushsqueezings followed by Humphreys Lilac WH and Osage Rub. Finished with Pre de Provence Bergamot & Thyme Balm and Argan Oil.

Nice post and fine shaves, Jeff! Have you always had a problem headshaving with long handled razor? I am asking because YouTuber CDB had a terrible headshave with the Model T.
