That’s true! I’m truly blown away by the performance of the DX this morning. The question is whether it’s the DX or rather an improvement in my open edge technique that will hopefully generalize to all my straights! That would be awesome!

I kept a single edge disposable razor in my BDU pocket while the Army. During breaks when no smoking was allowed, I would run the razor across my face just to pass the time.

Fab shave and photo, Blair! I've seen "The Soloist" online numerous times, and it does sound intriguing. Having it wifey approved is an added bonus.

Thanks, Blair! I’m not sure! This is the longest I’ve ever gone with the same equipment since I put my Schick Krona aside. I’ll be shaving with it tomorrow, and then I’ll see.

Another satisfying two-passer for a near BBS result as I reach the half-way point of my 100-shave focus. Unfortunately, I had one small mishap on my lower lip. I'd like to blame it on a landing gear malfunction, but the responsibility rests solely with the pilot. All the passengers received an extra bag of peanuts and a second belly washer for their trouble, and the plane managed to arrive on-time.

I hope you all are having a terrific week!

I was just going by what I found on a Google search for the name of that part of the razor. I should have just asked, What is the pointy thing on the non sharp end of your razor called? :D It looks longer than some razors.
