just taught my 1st grader nep-pewey how to play chess. Chased his king all over the board before I finally got him cornered. Good times.

 

I was on abi's forum for a while before I bought my Creative Zen.
I read a lot of good things about the sound quality of Cowon's players, but wasn't thrilled with the interface and controls.

Reminds me... over Christmas break my niece (8 yr old) and I played Monopoly. She proved to be a quick study. The first game I destroyed her by buying all four railroads. At 200 every visit, it doesn't take long to drain your opponent. So guess what she did the next game... yep, she bought all four railroads as fast as she could. I barely survived and by some luck and some advanced Monopoly strategery (one of my favorite Bushisms), I managed to 'hotel' her to victory. I am now scared to play her again.

 

Micah, there is the slightest possibility that we indeed can make better movies than... eh hem, some other filmmakers out there. I mean, the proof is in the pudding.

Having reviewed a great portion of the rest of that set, I find that the particular photo in question is not representative of the person featured. She is certainly an attractive woman and not at all unhandsome. However, I feel it necessary to point out that something about the particular picture you linked to just renders in my brain somewhat like this:
