  11. We agree on Tabac too. :D
I've seen a few write-ups on Roam (I think I remember yours as well). I don't imagine that scent would be much better than Texas on Fire.
  12. Niiiice! Congrats, Gary! That's sweet. :happy088:

  15. There are a number of scents from Stirling that are decent, yet aren't something I'd want to shave with. With about 50 scents in their lineup, there's bound to be something for everyone. My wife seldom comments on scents either. Every so often she'll mention if something smells nice. In the case of Chatillon Lux "Yuzu Rose Patchouli" she asked "What the f*** are you wearing?"...not in a complimentary way. She prefers "dude scents", as she calls them - usually musky or woodsy. Anything with floral in the profile is a toss up. It could go either way.

If/when you revisit, I'd be interested in your take on the Haymarket.

Listen to Hounddog Taylor and the Houserockers you will see where Thorogood got his style and licks.
  18. Wonderful shave and photo Joe. Mad Max is a beauty.

Just bought this vintage 1940s old spice mug on eBay, it even has it’s original soap. Paid 20 bucks for it. I doubt the soap is even usable though looks like it’s probably hard as a rock and dried all up. But if anything I’ll throw out the old soap and put in one of my OS refills. Imma let it soak in some water for a little while just to see if I can restore some life in that old puck. Mannnnn do I hope I can get it to work got my fingers crossed on this one.
