    I have mentioned it numerous times that I have. My first attempt to headshave with a shavette was shavette shave #14. I was in awe that I did well that I ordered my first traditional straight razor the following day. I would say that I have done 20 headshaves with a straight/shavette, maybe more or less. I don't keep track of those stats because I note it as just a shave because I tend to do the face as well at the same time. In reality, the only time I will use a straight/shavette to headshave is to keep my skills sharp. Yes, the pun was intended.

    Thank you, Bruce! Proraso, JR Brush and Parker Shavette are definitely a great combo. I love the Proraso scent and the ease of lathering it. JR's brushes are tops in my book. The Parker shavette makes shaving with it very easy and it is safe to load a blade in it. What's not to like?

    Either one of you are welcome to come on down. The Floid Blue will be safe and mostly unused until the border reopens. I only use it once or twice a year.

    Swati is driving down to visit Asha in Florida through early next week. Luckily I already have a razor on the way so I can avoid internet shopping.
