Joseph, Joseph...the container more closely approximates a Reuleaux Triangle. Mathematically speaking, sweeping elliptical movements © along the sides of the container would more effectively utilize the full soap surface.

Far di una mosca un elefante, yet Cartel rules force me to deduct three points for suboptimum sweeping motions. :rolleyes005:

Thanks Bruce! Quite frankly, it really isn't that hard. It takes practice and some confidence to straight shave your head. I always have said to get comfortable with using straights on the face for awhile before attempting headshaves. The hardest part of headshaving with a straight is doing the back area. Once you have it down, then the rest falls into play. My head hairs are coarser and stiffer than my beard and it is harder to shave with a straight because a little more force is required.

Wonderful setup and shave, Clint! Glad the razor is working out well for you. And, congrats for getting your chores done. More beverages are in order.

    Beyond gorgeous, Jim!
Are the Supply blades you have the newer ones, in the all-white, funky shaped, all-plastic casing? [IMG]

I'm not saying I'd never try it. Never say never.
As of now, I don't use straights, and I haven't shaved my head in years. The day is coming for both...it's a question of when. Will I combine the two? Maybe.

Thanks Joe...I may have my issues with 3x-milled soaps but when it gets around to the shave itself, I end up looking and feeling good and clean.
