You must be one of those parents who, when their child answers a "what are you doing" query with "nuthin", does not believe them. Likewise, you must be one of those parents who gets very nervous when said "nuthin" is accompanied by silence, or even worse, by hushed giggling and whispering.
okay. now, I'm the kind of guy who gets nervous every time Jim writes "zip" whether said "zip" is accompanied by giggles and whispers or not. In other words, JIM PUT YOUR PANTS BACK ON!!!
When my kids are saying that they do "nuthin", I do believe them They actually do nuthin on a daily basis......

(it honestly ain't what you think, although that's what I thought ya'll would htink....I enjoy vague obscurity...) depends on the situation. and the eyes. the eyes will tell whether it's truly "nuthin" or not. and insider info helps sometimes, too. like getting an email from the teacher, then asking the kiddos if anything happened at school and I get "nuthin". but, most of the time I believe them. again, it's all in the eyes. yeup.....
