that might be premature. Things go in cycles. Days may pass between posts sometimes, but that doesn't mean discussion won't pick up again in the future.

between the news about state deficits, goings on in my line o' work, and the general somber nature of this Sunday, I've been in a kinda carpy mood. Point = thanks for the Conan. I needed to laugh. same here.
Surprisingly so. I've had a few animated discussions about cinema, enjoyed a good laugh or two, and otherwise have enjoyed the day thus far. I only hope it lasts.

yup... I stop by and read them every day or so.. its not like there are four pages a day. It is shocking how many days it takes Micah and Jim to finish a page now. So here is a feeble attempt to be non-ghosty I just haven't been into posting much on any forum lately... just been in a funk. Shaves have been great and although I haven't been posting in SOTD I have been basically just been using Roll's rolls razor or a NDC fatty tech each day this month (and of course some AV). I've been stropping my blades (Dave's method however) and have been getting some good blade life. Just tossed an Iridium after 9 great multi pass shaves. Spring break is over - made 4 trips into Chicago over break. We saw Blue Man Group, Hancock center, Shedd Aquarium, Adler Planetarium, the Field Museum, and the Museum of Science and Industry. For the time being, I am tired of trains and crowds. It almost felt good to be back to routine today. Almost... We purchased a new couch yesterday. It should arrive in a about 2 weeks. I have too many fountain pens. How did this happen?? I went on a Valet buying kick as well. I suppose that April may include a lot of Valet shaves. I can't get bluetooth to work on Wife's netbook. I fought it for 5 hours on Saturday. The microsoft driver kept coming up with 3 unknown bluetooth peripheral devices that couldn't be identified or drivers found. When I tried using the Blue Soleil software instead (came with dongle) the system recognized all my bluetooth devices, but none of them worked. The dongle and software worked fine in my XP device. It even worked fine on my Ubuntu box. Oh well... I have another set of dongles come in to try. That is a fun word... dongle dongle dongle.... OK... have I met a quota yet? No? its still only one post... blast...
Impossible... Justin, it's good to virtually see you again. I've missed your voice, even though I catch a bit of it on FB now and again. Wow, Ray and Justin both here on the same day.
