Fantastic shave setup, Joe! From what I've read, Glastonbury seems like a nice scent.

You could also just make it a 5 day work week run. Then the weekend gives you a break.

Thanks Andrew! At first, I didn't care for it, but it grew on me. It smells like Downy Fabric Softener to me. If you like Patchouli, then you may like the soap and aftershave.

Thank you Clint. I have to be cognizant to use it more often. I suffer from having too many good razors which is a good thing.

This shave is all about the razor and if it can actually live up to the hype.

Pictured above is a Wolfman WR2 OC 1.15mm gap with a Darwin handle. (Regular polish)
From original order to delivery took almost 10 months.
Razor comes well-packaged, top cap and base plate are wrapped separately, as is the handle.
The standard polish is quite nice, although underneath the top cap, around the threaded screw,
a small section didn't get fully polished.
The Darwin handle is a sight to behold. Makes me long for an original Darwin razor.
Gripping the handle is going to take some practice.
By the third pass, my fingers were slipping.
    So...how does it shave?
First notice that I whipped up some wonderful lather so there would be no issues on my skin.

Rather than open a new blade, I inserted the twice-used Polsilver SI. What the heck, why not?
Blade feel is moderate; rode the comb; WTG pass was very good.
The subsequent passes were also quite good and I was able to perform the ATG on the neck
    without any biting or irritation.

It was good shave, I must admit.
BUT...was it better than I get with a razor
    costing 1/10th of the price?
The answer is a resounding "No".
This is a luxury razor. But I would be a hypocrite if all of a sudden I made the claim that
the Wolfman offers the greatest shave ever.
Friends...I have said it before and I will say it again:
"It's the blade that shaves you NOT the razor"
I am going to use this razor for the rest of OCtober.
Kudos to James Dufour for manufacturing an amazing tool.
Mos def© one of the nicest
razors I have ever laid eyes upon.
I am going to leave it at that for right now.
    To be continued...

Agreed, Blair. There's quite a learning curve on owning the first house. Our first one was preowned, and we learned over the years that every shortcut known to man was taken to save a buck. It looked beautiful on the outside, but it's always the things you can't see that come back to bite you. We approached our second home and now our third home with a much different perspective. Our current builder said we were the most picky and detailed clients he'd ever worked with. I can say without a doubt it pays to do your homework and ask a lot of questions. I look around now and still notice a few things I would do differently. Things are never perfect, and it's really all small stuff. :)
