    Thank you, Joe! I started using it in early December 2019 at least once per week. I know I have used it 7 days in a row before and several weeks at least twice. So, 50+ is an estimate. As recommended, I usually load heavy.

    Neither.....yet. Although I did make the announcement to my family(sister BIL, nephew)that the next time I go for a mountain climb or trail hike, I'd feel better with a "walking stick". That was after having some rough falls in Colorado 2 years ago.

    Great shave, Evan. It’s a travel razor, either a Merkur or a Gillette! I'm sure Gary knows!

    Good for you, Joe! Youkre now a member of my demo, although far healthier one than this Parkinsonian, Rheuamatoid Arthritic former cancer patient! I’ve been getting them for decades! One bad bout of the flu as a young man was all it took! ;)

    I'm scheduled for having it done Halloween Day at my Doc's office, but I wonder if that's too late. I've had them annually since 50.....12 years. Probably a lot of times before then.

    Thank you, Jason! At least I now know I can get a decent lather from da Fat. :happy093:

    I'm not exactly sure about the Otto Roth. @brit probably knows more. I think Gillette bought out the company and used them as their "off priced" brand in some markets.

    That is one purty set of scales, Joe! Are these W&B’s worth getting? Ben says the only one I should get is the W&B 8/8 FBU. That is still a bit too much razor for me! Yours is beautiful! At 5/8 it sounds just about perfect!
