Nice shave, Paul. Looks like @Primotenore's advice for a third pass was helpful.

I do two big splashes of aftershave every morning when I get out of bed (nice wakeup) and then again when I shave. You only live once.

Thanks Clint. When I get off work I'll get some pictures and try to give a good description. The soap base is a dark color but it is slick. The pepper smell is amazing. When I return the razor to you I'll send you a scoop.

 

Very nice selection today, Jeff. You have an impressive collection of razors. I am thinking it's time for a family photo...

Perhaps your definition of a "nick" is different than mine. When I get a "nick", I have breeched the skin and it's going to show for the day. Not disappeared by the end of the next pass. What, in your words, is a "nick"?

 

I would say it is a "tiny" cut....one that just barely gets in the skin, but can easily be eliminated by the end of the shave(especially the cold water rinsing action).

 

Wonderful shave Maestro! I miss At the Movies with Siskel and Ebert. They were so cool when they would disagree.

Very nice leisurely shave this morning with everything working as it should. Awesome slick A&E bowl lather from a disco Shavemac, super sharp Riga Razor mowing off the growth. 2.5 passes, first pass WTG, second pass XTG @90 degrees (middle out to ear), third pass was a neck/jawline pass ATG (south to north). BBS results, with 1 neck weeper on the second pass (forgot about the RR''s crazy point & toe pressure for a moment). No distraction from a fun shave, although it did need some alum help. Couple dabs 'l do you on the ZM after shave balm, followed with a hefty dose of A&E's Vanille de Tabac after shave. Wifey super approved fragrance that lasts for hours.
