Great, New LC shave, Andrew! You have become a technical master of the New LC, just the best razor Gillette ever produced!

Next up in the OC rotation is the NEW Short Comb. Trying to use up this soap, but it looks like the last 1/2 oz or so has decided to have amazing recuperative powers...
Anyway, got a great lather and had 3 easy passes. Results aren't perfect -a little left on the lower right neck- but not too far from it. Didn't chase it or buff it and didn't catch it. Finishing with Bon Vivant seemed (and was) a good idea.
    Have a great day all!

thank you Jeff.the tfs soaps are decent and affordable, last forever.i would call them upper mid grade..but they are commercially produced per say,not artisan.the razor feels like a new lc..:)

If there’s trouble abroad, Marines are generally the first on the ground, Myles! I wish you an uninteresting deployment! I wished the same for my three sons, all of whom were Marines. Parents don’t sleep well when their Marines have “interesting” deployments. Interesting times generally require Marines to defend our interests!

Great shave Jeff! Love the razor and your comments about the soaps is interesting. Both are great soaps but I think I would put Soap Commander just a little ahead of the MWF.....however slight. Take care.

i do get that.i have a small $25 budget a month for a treat,i initially saved that for 3 months to buy it.other stuff gets purchased from the sale proceeds of my model kits.i am down to 60 kits from hundreds collected over the years.made a small profit on the rare ones.i only build what i really like now,not collecting for the sake of it..basically trading one hobby for another.i wouldn't spend the same money on vintage old spice or stuff like xpec, check and squeak,etc..i also drink a lot less beer..so that helps..:)
