Today is the first day in what must be 30 years I've gone into work unshaven. I want to assess by end of weekend if I am capable of growing a decent beard and how gray it would be. Not holding much hope.

 

Second shave with the Blackbird on loan from Clint.

Was it any better than the first? Is the razor still sticky and dragging?

I took Clint's and Jim's suggestions and got off of the cap. How was the shave? I was not in Primo territory anymore. I was in his front yard! Oh yeah! The Bird was singing and it was a totally different animal. This baby is sweet. I love my Karve but this razor just has a different personality if that makes any sense. The Karve and the Bird both shave amazing. The Karve seems more refined and the Bird is on the edgier side. I like it!

All of the gear was the same as yesterday and the Figaro soap was slick as glass. Finished the shave with Irish Chestnut by Andy Hilfiger. Smooth and smelling good! Sorry for the recycled pic from yesterday but I was lazy and did not want to set everything up again.

Thanks Clint and Jim.....the training wheels came off!

I will go easy on you today. Nate and Gromit seem to be taking care of things nicely. I'm available upon request to mentor Nate in the art of shenanigans, mischief and Tom Foolery. Based on his demonstrated potential, I'd start him out in level 300 coursework.
