Thank you... The bricks & mortar high Street stores that sell shaving assortments are becoming a rarity in the UK. Online shopping is killing the traditional establishments. Boots superdrug, bodycare and wilko still sell a few hidden wonders.;)

Awesome looking shave. A warmer day today so OSR fits perfectly.

Thanks Jason! I waited a little over a month and I figured that the AP would have reached out and let me know what was going on with subbing. In the end, it worked out and that is what matters.

Danny, I'm sorry about the injury, and I hope your finger heals quickly. Unfortunately, we've all been there. I remember being 30 minutes late for work once while I waited for a finger to stop bleeding.

That is a beautiful cherry brush handle, and it looks good next to the Bird. I can't wait to hear your impressions of the horse knot.

Good memories, Gary. My Bride has cut my hair the last couple of times. Five more, and my clippers will pay for themselves. :D

Occasionally I will sit out in the front yard in a lawn chair and have my Bride give me a quick edge trim up with some battery-operated trimmers. It gives the neighbors something (else) to talk about.

One of our neighbors calls me Funny Man for some reason. I have no idea why.... :p

We have ALDI and LIDL here and I keep hoping they will carry some Euro shaving gear. No such luck so far.

That's what I did, Andrew. I hope you get a chance to visit the UK. The people are very friendly, and there is so much to see. I'll never forget the look I got from a young clerk in a village chemist's shop as I was cleaning out his inventory of Palmolive cream and soap. I left one tube on the shelf for the entire village to share. :) For some reason, I missed all the Boots products, so that's on my radar when we return. Even if you don't buy anything from the famous shaving shops like TOBS and Trumper's in London, they're really fun to visit.
