The Distraction contingency has been trying to do their part.

Coincidentally "The Distraction Contingency" would make an awesome late '60's rock band name.

1200; not bad! Pretty soon we'll be at 50k posts, too! The Distraction Contingency would make a great name for a teens (as in 2010's) girl band too!

The Distraction Contingency could actually be a very real applicable name for any number of things that are a normal part of any activity or event, but distract from that very event which it is a part of.
    Example #1: Cheerleaders

    Speaking of numbers...

Thought I would update my razor list on here...

But then I started my inventory... I counted 40 DE, 7 Valet, 3 Rolls, 4 Injectors, 4 straights, 20 Gem/ER, 10 brushes, 21 types of soap, 7 makes of cream, 9 bottles of AS.

And I am afraid to admit, but I have some stuff in the mail.. Ugh!

Sounds like you've got a nice little starter set going there! ;)

yup.. A starter set... thats it.

So I know some knitters that have YAD (yarn AD). Does that affliction hit the knitting community as bad as RAD, BAD, SAD...

You have no idea. Especially considering that yarn can be relatively inexpensive, sometimes... most notably when hitting a good sale. It's really easy to buy too much yarn for a project, you know, just in case I need more than I think I do. With dye lots being as big an issue as they can be, it's really easy to talk yourself into 1 skein too many, and those start adding up pretty quickly. I've got yarn in my stash that I'll probably never touch. But, I'm trying really hard not to buy more. It's a struggle. There's always that next project...

Then there's the needles... oh the needles... and the little geegaws and gizmos that make life easier... it's a slippery slope.

    wow!

first time I took my then future wife home to meet my parents, one of the dogs came up to the back glass door with a freshly killed rabbit...first and only time that any of us are aware of that she ever killed a rabbit, but my wife still freaks out about that incident :happy102

There is no limit to the evilness of corporations and moguls when profit is involved. Voting looks fishy, but there is nothing to say that Oprah is behind the questionable voting surge. Surely there are others in the corporation that may have their own motives as well as hackers out to see if they can affect the outcome of the voting. Thanks for pointing that issue out. I would have been unaware of the decrepit activity.

For those of you who aren't following TOS, Williams makes a good stain remover. Rub it over stained and slightly wet clothing. Let it sit for a while and then wash. It brightens whites as well. Makes me think again about shaving with it though..

    Speaking of stain removal...

I wonder how MacBeth would have turned out differently if they had stain sticks back then.....
