    Friday morning:

Hot shower with Bundubeard Vanilla Bath Soap
    Razorock Plissoft 26mm Monster
    Super Speed/Derby day 6
    Vintage Dalli Werke Shaving Stick
    Arko Aqua AS Gel
    Booster Mosswood AS Splash
    Polo Green EdT

This Dalli Werke stick was sent to me as a birthday gift along with a few other antique soaps by a good friend of mine from Sweden around ten years ago and it’s been a long time - a VERY long time since I last used it. The scent is almost gone although it still smells a little soapy, it lathers very well although some effort is needed to get it going, and the skincare is excellent. It’s from Germany and it was very popular there until around 1950 when it was discontinued - in fact the company which produced it no longer exists as far I know. The Arko Aqua gel has a very pleasant cooling sensation and it’s so moisturizing as well as soothing. The Booster Mosswood aftershave smells so old school - do I ever love it. Two passes were enough for me to get BBS!

Have a great weekend - stay safe and healthy!

Razor: Razorock SLOC- Mfg 2018> excellent razor paired with a Kai SS blade IMO, Very smooth combination & Carefree shave also.
Blade: KAI SS (1) Excellent blade, Smooth & sharp + .009" extra wide than standard for better blade feel.
Soap: Razorock Santa Marie del Fiore Firenze, Top tier soap in my collection with excellent scent and lather qualities!
Brush: Yaqi lucky dice tuxedo knot 26 mm- great lather creator with back bone & those cloud like soft tips.
Pre shave: Brush wash my whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on the cleaned beard area.
Prep: cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave: Pinaud Clubman with witch Hazel + a dollop of AVON "true gent" balm. I like their balm.
Results: CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers= [IMG] Excellent shave with my RR SLOC razor paired with a KAI ss blade.

    Thanks, Joseph.

I prefer the Zenith over the Vie Long horsehair brushes that I have. The one above is their Pro Model H1 which is 28 x 51mm with 50% mane and 50% tail. As you can see below the knot is quite a big fuller than the Vie Long Epsilon which is 27mm x 50mm. Feels a lot better on the face, splays nicely and softer tips right from the start than the Vie Longs. I have over a dozen horse hair and I remember you and others stated they had hair knotting but I have never had any issues with any of mine. Quite happy that I decided to try out the Zenith.
