I just ordered an Asus netbook for $239. Looks like it will be perfect for the wife and me.

argh~ just sliced my right index finger while cleaning a butcher knife. Of course in the process of dealing with that I scorched the EVOO than was preheating in the skillet.

I am starting to think that supper is gonna be leftovers.

Seriously, I can't get myself going this morning, and I've got a metric buttload of stuff to do. Coffee isn't even doing it. I guess I need to stir in some crack.

Well I just spent 1.5 hours at daughter's school doing the yearly registration with the same forms that I filled out last year with the same information. I think I was asked about current medications on at least 8 different pages. I had to copy her shot record by hand twice... ugh!

But at least all of that is done for this year..

Now if only my dentist's office would ever pick up the phone so I could make some appointments. It always dumps to voicemail and it is a pain in the arse trying to schedule appointments that way. I leave a message with when I am available, then call back while I am out and leave a message with my appointment time that I can't make, I call back to cancel the appointment and set up one that I can make, and the cycle continues...

Why do I continue to see that dentist? They are good with our insurance paper work and better yet, they are good with my daughter and she actually likes to go there.
