If you would have said Sean Connery in From Russia with Love I possibly would have had the most heterosexual wet dream of my life tonight!! But still super cool indeed.

Very hard not to have a good Shave, as I got a superb lather from the Willian’s. Probably one of the best Shaves I have had with this combo. As I have too many AC/SEs I was toying with the idea of passing this Razor on, after today am having second thoughts.

    Williams Mug Soap
    Jayaruh #220 Synthetic
    Ever-Ready 1914 Army Patent Pending
    Personna GEM SS PTFE
    CWR
    Aqua Velva Iced Blue

The Williams Mug Soap face-lathered well with Jayaruh #220 Synthetic Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Ever-Ready 1914 Army razor with a Personna GEM SS PTFE blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Aqua Velva Iced Blue AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Razor: Everready 1924(AKA shovel head)- Mfg 1924-33, Excellent mid range. Different way of loading blade but results are stellar.
Blade: Gem Personna SS PTFE(10) Excellent blade
Soap: Ogallala Bayrum, Sandalwood- Very nice scent with excellent lather qualities. Nice bayrum spicey clove.
Brush: Yaqi Cashmere knot 24 mm with black marble handle. Use this brush daily for cleaning face and creates excellent lather.
Pre shave: Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on cleaned beard area.
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave: Ogallala bayrum & sandal wood, complements any sandal wood soap also IMO + a dollop of Nivea balm.

Haven't shaved in a few days and found out these blades do not work well with thick and long stubble. First pass I used what I happened to have loaded with a blade which was the Razorock Hawk V3 with the open comb plate. That took out the stubble like a champ and then I finished up using the N1 for the subsequent passes. It is a shame these double edge injector blades are so expensive and hard to source except from Japan. They are by far the best smooth and efficient blades bar none in razors designed for them. If they were more prevalent I would bet there would be a lot more people using injectors on a regular basis. End result BBS finish achieved.

    RR.400. SE-Plissoft noir
    Arko Stick - grated
Alu. Hawk + Ikon S/S handle

A less than satisfactory Shave today, as obviously judging by the finish on the RHS side of my face, I may well have rushed things before moving on to the other side, where I obviously spent enough care and concentration on getting the desired finish.

    Omega 11126 boar
    Ach Brito Mongp Soap Bar
    ES Claymore V1
    Schick Proline ( 8 )
    GB Grey Flannel A/S Lotion

A very satisfying Shave today with The Claymore, a heavy Razor that responds to a very light touch. It really worked well today with a new to me soap, which I applied to my face and then whipped up a copious and effective lather. The Shave was hassle free, and the resulting finish was extremely close all round.
