If you're gonna brush your back side with it, I'm not interested in a future PIF. :D

Very nice storage and a great way to display. My gear is scattered around in several places. I need to get better organized.

Thanks for sharing and talking the time to snap the pics. I enjoyed being nosey.

Cliff, that's a nice looking display and treasure chest. Razors, aftershaves, knives, and watches. All the good stuff!

I don't strive for perfection every day either, Barry, but certainly enjoy it when I get it. I've heard the Kent puck is MWF rebranded. Is that the case?
Love the vintage Rubberset, Gary. How functional is that old knot?
Love the look of that razor, Joe. Very cool. Sorry to hear about the rising # of cases. We are having all time highs in our province these days as well, but a far lower % than you have I believe.
Always love that little Rudy Vey brush when you bring it out, Clint. 'Straight Up Unapologetically Bay Rum' sounds about like what it should be like. I'm resisting on the Henson so far...I think I'd put a few other Canadian razors higher up on the list these days...
Nice brush, Danny, and a nice gift for your son.
I remember my parents got me a video game system when I was 13...they 'tested' it all Christmas Eve night to make sure it was 'usable' for me as well...:happy088:
The Occams I have isn't nearly that shiny. Did Clint do the elbow grease on it, or did you?
Awesome pic (and self portrait:)), Jim. Love the close up on the BBS razor- it really shows how unique the top cap and baseplate are.
I know I kind of enabled you on that brush, but now the enabling may be going in reverse... that is amazing. Trust me, that distressing is not easy.
007! Never say never again for that Valet, Jeff. Great combo.
Fantastic write up again, Joseph. I see the seam quite noticeably on that brush handle this time. For some reason, I used to assume that old brushes like that were turned. The one piece rubber tops were maybe turned? Who knows. I'm surprised they were molded, but I'm not sure why I'm surprised. Makes sense.
First I've heard of that soap, Pierpaolo. Please do not respond by telling me how nice it is...:happy097:
Would still be a step up from Clubman...
Great shave, collection and pics, Cliff.
I have a 3 shelf display for razors and brushes. The software gets put away, as to not draw unwarranted attention to its volume.:yoda

    Razor: 1936 Gillette Aristocrat
    Blade: Astra Superior Stainless
    Brush: Gold Chalice
    SS: Razorock Nomad
    SS: Adidas Dynamic Pulse

I think these OC Aristocrats are my favorite shavers. I was in a bit of a hurry this morning, but still got a very good shave in. Very enjoyable. The Nomad is nothing special as far as scents go, but it performs well enough. The Adidas AS was cheap, but it's another scent that reminds me of highschool.

Thank you, Joseph. As you know, the Tech head lasted (with very minor changes) for 40 years. It wouldn't have lasted if it didn't work.

It has been a quiet day here, gentlemen. The weather here is beautiful, so we spent some time outside enjoying the warm sunshine while it lasts.

I plan to grab a carryout pizza and share it with a buddy this evening. He set up a couple of card tables spaced several feet apart in his garage (with the overhead door open) because he knows I need to be careful for my Bride. He has an adjoining wood shop, so hopefully I will get to see his current projects. He like to build furniture. I've shown him my shaving brushes, and he keeps encouraging me to get a lathe. That ain't gonna happen. :)

My Bride had doctor's appointments yesterday and received excellent reports across the board. We are very thankful. Our doc's instructions to us for Thanksgiving and Christmas was to "set a table for two." We have decided to get takeout about once a week to break up our house arrest, though. Our last restaurant meal was in August.

I'm off to get my evening shave with the Trac II. Tonight will be the 6th shave on the cartridge. My buddy knows I'm a shaving nut, so I dare not arrive scruffy for our garage meetup.

    Enjoy your evening, gents!

Thanks, Jason. When this brush showed up, my eye was fixated on the awful knot, I didn't even notice the molded handle.
