All I will say is this Danny.....I had my days where I tested his nerves . Sometimes just the look he would give me told me that was enough. Now as a father , I try to emulate his patience on those days when mine get tested . I hope I made him proud and Thank you for the kind words my friend!

Wow, wow and more wow! First time using an A&E product. The soap feel, lather capability and scent are off the charts. The pair with the B&M Reserve Spice is a match made in heaven.

Splendid three pass shave with the Damascus Dick. I am superb smooth, smelling great and great ready for another number turning day. Tick tick! Have a great day gentlemen.

I smell like Bay Rum...is it any wonder?
From my head to my toes, as the saying goes, down under.
My face is smooth and the stubble's gone.
The Detroit straight razor mowed it all down.
Pig hair stirred up some amazing lather,
Slicker than snot, in case you couldn't gather.
The edge, so keen, it was amazing
to feel the steel on my skin a blazing.
What remained in the mirror I can honestly say
was a good looking guy , someone ready for the day.​

Excellent shave Joe! I have never tried A and E, but have heard his scents are good. The Kaizen base is one of the best around. The only problem with the company us that shipping is not quick. Supposedly, Pete Charkalis is trying to remedy it.

A very presidential shave in Alabama today due to a special guest in the den. That's right.......Donald Trump was in the den today. Everything worked out nice after I took his phone away from him.....he just will not stop tweeting! The den was a little crowded due to the secret service but we managed.

Donald did a great job whipping up the Razorock Gold Label. The Occam's Safety Razor with the open comb did an excellent job with an Astra. Three passes and I am smooth. Finished it off with some Pinaud Clubman Aftershave Lotion.

Donald liked the Clubman so well I had to give him what was left. He said Melania will love this stuff.

Happy Fat Friday everyone. Since I have the patience of a gnat, I couldn't wait to give the Merica a try. Those that have traveled south of the "gnat line" can attest to just how little patience that represents. The razor shipped with 105 Tatra Platinum blades. A full hanger of 100 plus a tuck of 5 in the bag with the razor. I can honestly say, it is a blade that I would not even considered buying. However, I decided to give them a go in the Merica. The little Rover did a wonderful job loading and lathering the MWF. I must say that using the Fat every Friday has not negatively impacted the lather. The Merica razor has a nice weight and feel in the hand. I am warming up to the industrial stone wash finish. The razor just feels well made. Reminds me of the Karve in that regard. The bottom of the handle even has a small magnet to remove the used blade. Ok, enough already onto the shave. The razor is one the mild side but does have good blade feel. Overall 3 passes and touch ups caught the baby with ease. The Merica is a very smooth shaver. I look forward to spending more time with this razor. I hope everyone has a fantastic Friday.
