    Excellent shave, Jeff. Glad you got through your honey-do list unscathed.
    Have you tried any of the Viking soaps? I have one, Hedeby, and it is a quality product.

    Thanks for confirming. I am a fan of the LEA stick too, although I never tried the tallow version.

    I purchased a Merkur Progress and returned it. Then I purchased the Variant. Parker improved on the design for sure. You made the right choice.

    Saturday's Shave

    Schick E3
    Personna Blade
    Semogue 820 Boar
    LEA Shaving Soap Stick
    Dickinson's Witch Hazel
    LEA Classic Aftershave

    I have been eagerly awaiting today's shave. Two easy passes with the Schick E3 and the marvelous LEA lather provided a very comfortable and relaxing shave this morning. The LEA Classic aftershave is a new arrival to my den and is another superb product from their lineup. Thank you for the subtle enabling, Clint @clint64 :). The soap stick does have a slightly different scent from the aftershave, but they are very complementary. Clint, your assessment of the aftershave was on point, sir! It will be a future repurchase.

    I have watched a lot of how to videos. A lot of them lately have been turning brushes or pouring resin using a pressure pot. Also one on how to stabilize wood.
