Nice classic setup, Andrew! I defined Arko (and Williams, for that matter) as serviceable soap once. I stand by that. It works, but don't expect great post-shave or any other frills.

Nope, three years of no snow would be a drag. I have to get my little, now, big man on his sled.

No, it's not a thing... Apparently, it was Rubberset 400 day. That's probably a thing.

I try to be careful, but I've often wondered what I would do if I broke a bottle of aftershave or cologne on the tile bathroom floor. Baking soda is a great idea. I'd also be soaking that mess up with paper towels and getting everything out of the house PDQ. I would also turn off the HVAC fan and open some windows until the air cleared. Then I would put on a football helmet, hide in the closet, and prepare myself for disciplinary action from a rolling pin or ball peen hammer. It would not be a good day for Charlie if this happened in my humble abode. #bigtroubleinthehills

Thanks, Charlie. Hoping this will be a short run. We have been told we will be working through the weekend.

I'm sorry but I am still picturing Charlie wearing a football helmet cowarding in the closet. :D

That's winter for us in Kentucky. We're surrounded by rural counties with narrow, hilly country roads. They don't mix well with freezing rain and ice. That's the primary reason why school is cancelled so often 'round here during the winter. One of my friends was an assistant school superintendent in a rural county. He traveled the back roads after midnight during winter storms to determine whether conditions were safe for the buses. Needless to say, school was called off in a NY minute if there was any question.

Anything to save life and limb, Danny. I'd grab the ice cream container and a spoon too. No telling how long I'd have to hide. Might as well pass the time productively. :eatdrink020:

Thank you, Perry! I agree with your sentiments - it reliably gets you from point A to B, just without the plush heated seats, full length moonroof or full sized spare tire. :D
