    You are correct, James. That's what many shavers say. I don't happen to share that opinion. If the razor blade has any exposure at all, I can get a great shave from it. The AS-D2 is no exception.

    Late shave in the den today. I figured I'd make it a throw back shave. The Rubberset 400/3 with the Omega 10065 boar knot whipped the MFW into almost near perfection. The pre-war Gillette Tech with an Astra blade is a mild puppy for sure. I really like it with the Durham Duplex handle. Three passes for a smoothie. Finished the shave with some American Tobacco by Andy Hilfiger.

    Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!

    O.K. Andrew....I am jealous of that shave. Awesome all the way around. Great report on the Cella and I may have to add that one to the den. I'll PM you my address......that brush needs to leave your den. :D

    Thank you, Danny. I'm flattered.
    I knew what to expect from the Epsilon, but the performance from Cella was a very nice surprise.
    Maybe we can work on some trades
