The stamp says Cornet Challans. Challans is a town in the French departement Vendée. The region is nice to go to in the summer with the beaches and the sea. I think the razor is a rebranded P Hospital/Le grelot 'Le petit coiffeur'. The shape and tubeset number is the same. Finishing stone was a piece of thuringer.
