Thank you Jason. The girls did have a great time. Even after two hip surgeries, Maya is the better runner . Asha was exhausted trying to keep up.

Well...a real fine shave this morning. 0:25 to load the Maggard "Marble Handle". I developed some real good strong lather. Took a little more time "painting" my face and neck((with the Razorock Tuscan Oud), and I believe that provided the difference from yesterday, as I had ZERO REDNESS after the first and second pass. I also slowed down some from yesterday but still got what I needed. Not quite 100% at the North ends of Cactus Nation, but with a little more focus I'll get it all. Seems to be the toughest area for me to kill off(well, it's a tie between there and the sides of N. Porcupine Alley(just under the nose). This time I was more careful with the AgadirMen aftershave and got a nice amount of that Oud Wood goodness. Out Of This World Excellent.

This was a good run. I still have a very full bottle of the AdP juice, so who knows...
Maybe, just maybe, AdP might pop back up in my den. :signs002:

The Heljestrand MK32 got a good stropping and performed very well this morning.

One of my larger razors, not large by many other straight-user standards, but in my den, it is.
Not too large, that it feels cumbersome maneuvering around my face.

Cleaned it all off and avoided all manner of bloodshed. No irritation either.
Ridded my face of the residual lather with some Thayer's Witch Hazel.
5-6 healthy spritzes of the AdP juice and another great shave is in the can.:happy088:

Thought y'all would find this interesting.

I have never seen this type head design on cheap razor.

    The razor is available Amazon.

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08GGCBRDT/?tag=thshde-20

    Or Aliexpress

US $10.45 39%OFF | Double Edge Safety Razor With 10 Shaving Blades,Premium Wet Shaving Classic Metal Manual Shavers Fits All Standard Razor Blades
    https://a.aliexpress.com/_mtqBzjL

Below is several pictures of the head and the last picture is of a Wolfman head. I know the cheap razor is Zamak but the design appears to be a slight copy of a Wolfman. I had to order the one off of Amazon.....looks like a fun razor.

    Razor: CG LvL3
    Blade: Rapira Platinum Lux(1)
    Brush: Heritage Collection C-MON
    Pre-shave: PAA Cube
    Soap: B&M Reserve Fern
    PAA Galactic Witch Hazel
    B&M unscented balm
    AS: B&M Fern

    Good morning!

Amazing shave to start the day! Three passes for near BBS. Just the lightest tickle from the alum.

Of all the razors in my collection the CG LvL3 feels the most likely to bite and it has bitten me in the past. I have the scar under my chin to prove it. I rode the bar this morning. Along with skin stretching and the lightest of touch I got an awesome shave.

B&M Reserve Fern is a favorite. Excellent lather and wonderful green fougere scent.

    Have a great day!

Got a notice from Chiseled Face today about Black Friday sales. I forgot I was on their mailing list! I guess that's how it is with many of these artisan companies-you don't hear from them all year, until..............BLACK FRIDAY. But I'm not going to bite....Nothing against the Face, I just have other plans in mind for now.

SOTD FRIDAY MORNING, NOVEMBER 27, 2020

I shaved this morning with a Kai Captain Kamisori clone and my Eclipse Red Ring. The mug shave was initially a bit awkward, as I’m not in the habit of shaving with a kamisori style barber’s razor, but as the mug shave progressed everything seemed to fall into place. I used a Feather Softguard and ended up with a surprisingly close shave. The following dome shave was excellent as well leaving me feeling cool, velveteen smooth and refreshed.

RAZOR: Kai Captain Kamisori Clone (Mug), Eclipse Red Ring (Dome)
BLADE: Feather Softguard AC (Mug), Feather DE (Dome)
PREP: Cold water rinse followed by a scrub with Argan Oil
BRUSH: Alpha Shaving T-400 Tribute w/ 26mm Boar Ferrule
    SOAP: Mitchell’s Wool Fat
POSTSHAVE: Cold water wash with brush squeezings followed by Humphreys Lilac WH and Osage Rub. Finished with Pre de Provence Bergamot & Thyme Balm.
