Thanks Jeff. It's a Canadian E Eversharp Shick with bakelite handle and parallel bars on guard . From what I've read, alot of Canadian made Shicks were put together from leftover parts and you may end up with an E2 head on an E3 handle or vice versa. I cant remember if this one or the white handled E type I have is one of those oddball razors . Shaves like a beast though.
Thanks, Perry! Yeah, we haven’t been there since February, and I don’t see us returning until after we’re both vaccinated and some of this infection dies down! Philly is a real hot zone! SWMBO, being a child bride (63) and I are comfortable sheltering out here in the burbs! She’s been running her 40+ person company from our home office!
Thanks, Gary! I know many think me boring, just shaving mostly with MWF, but I do try other soaps rarely! My son, Ben, just gave me a tub of A&E Kaizen! He hates the scent! I know you like it! Ben compared it favorably to the MWF post shave skin tone and slickness-wise. I hope it’s not too stinky! I have the cap off! Hopefully, that’ll diminish any excessive stink!
Agreed. However, in any exercise program cardio needs to be included. My original program was 3 days of weights and 3 days of cardio alternating days for each. I would only hit each muscle once a week. Got great results for the 3.5 years. Lockdown lasted just over 5 months and I decided to change my program to quickly get back to where I was pre-pandemic lockdown. I am still six days a week, but I do 2 consecutive days of weights then the third day is cardio and then repeat to finish out the 6 days. The net result is that I lose one day of cardio, gain a day of weight training and instead of hitting every muscle once a week; it's twice a week. The physical change has been dramatic since August. I started my journey at age 60 in Nov 2015 just doing stretch bands and walking and then 9 months later in Aug 2016, is when I started my LA Fitness gym membership. It's been five years. I am living proof that it is never too late to have an exercise program and get healthier.
That's great Jim! Always make it you habit throughout your life. Don't ever stop! I wouldn't want you to be 60 and out of shape like I was. Trust me! Almost 40 years of not going to a gym makes it very difficult to want to exercise.
I rise at 5am and crack straight on from there. Try not to give myself any excuses... I know how easy it is to fall out of a habit!
