  1. That Belmont is gorgeous, Gary, and your photo beautiful! How's the shave compare to the New Standard head? Just curious? Enjoy your shaves!

  4. Thanks Danny. Leonardo da Vinci named the Mona Lisa, and that was that.

Seriously, give the razor a name you will enjoy using. It is unique, and I predict that it will be in your Den a very long time. Your creativity, willingness to experiment, and sense of fun is inspiring. I can't wait to see photos of the razor after @MrEE tricks it out. Does plating come in Roll Tide Bama Red?

  9. Pasta is healthy in small portions. It is a processed carb and will spike your sugar quickly. That's why you need meatballs to go with it. The protein slows down the sugar absorption from the pasta. It is another reason we have dessert at the end of the meal. You have all that food to metabolize to slow down the sugar spike from the dessert. It really isn't a good thing to have processed sweets especially on an empty stomach.
  10. Thanks, Gary! It's a beautiful looking razor!

  14. It's definitely good stuff. I didn't realize that a lot of the so-called "soaps" that were gifted to me were actually croaps. This Kaizen with the scent dampened is great stuff! I had a wonderful shave with it this morning. I'll probably use it tomorrow as well.

  20. Thanks, Joe, that's kind of you to say! I appreciate it! I've found that most of the guys sticking on this forum seem to be nice people, yourself included. I have to watch myself at times as my father's weird humor sometimes leaks through on my posts. He was typical of his generation, not much of a talker, but expressed his affection through teasing. One of his favorites, and one I still use with my grandkids is, "I don't care what they say about you; you're all right with me!" Enjoy your day! :)
