3rd day with the Occam’s and another nice shave. Back to the start of my 6 software combo pairings for the month. A fave soap in a superb scent whipped into a slickened frenzy by the quality Evo knot. 3 easy passes...chased it a bit today after rubbing my hand on the jawline (which I rarely do, fwiw). An extra swipe there, just because. This splash really is a nice compliment to the soap. So much so that I don’t think I’d ever bother with the matching SV splash or Fine soap. Epic results on the @Keithmax scale.
A dab or two from the EDT sample on the way out the door and life is good.
    Have a great day all!

Thank you guys. My wife is not too worried. She is on conference calls all day and just told me to keep her posted. :D She's spent enough time with me with doctors and hospitals to not get excited until its needed.

Thank you Danny....Y'know, the length of time these shavesoaps last, it may take 2 more Sandpiper aftershaves to work with the soap. (Anyone for 3?).

    Small PSA.

As someone with lifetime chronic asthmatic bronchitis, being high risk for any lung ailment anytime...one year (back when the girls were in elementary school) having pneumonia 4 times in 15 months....hopefully a little info for everyone, particularly for others in the high risk category.

Another tool like a blood pressure monitor, thermometer or glucose meter....is an O2 (oxygen) meter. Those little finger clamp devices your PCP nurse puts on a finger while taking your blood pressure. About $30 for one on Amazon (a lit higher at local pharmacies) that is as accurate as theirs. Or, I also have an Apple Watch 6 and have turned on the blood O2 feature. Compared these in real time to my PCP results so I have a comparison baseline. Can see hourly O2 levels when wearing the AW.

From my medical history, I can almost gauge without checking what my O2 level will be based on breathing ease, or difficulty, and when it’s time for just rest, breathing treatments, a doctor trip vs. an ER trip. Most patients can’t tell a difference of a percentage or two change in though, and that can be an issue.

Easy device to use, and can help, when used/interpreted properly, one get a better idea of what’s simply an out of breath moment,
a temporary congestion/possible airway allergy or contaminate issue, or an infection/ailment that requires doctor or ER intervention.

Everything I deal with is well controlled. And now when something comes along, I can usually get to the doctors office within 12-24 hours of the initial ‘feel bad, something’s not right stage’ even before a fever sets in. This makes things easier for the doctor and meds, but also shortens recovery.

    Hope this helps.

I have the opposite situation, Paul. I finish off the Stirling soap tub and have probably half or 1/3 of the aftershave bottle left, sometimes more.
