    Filomatic F2 injector, vintage Schick Twin blade, shave 7

    If your first impression is to go why the hell is the poster putting this razor in this thread the answer is this Filomatic more likely than not was nothing more than an off brand made by a subsidiary of Gillette for the Spanish market like they did with Nacet branded razors.

    Filomatic shave products were a Spanish brand originally distributed by Basset. Sometime in the 70s they either sold to Filomatic brand to or were bought by Gillette. This injector most likely was produced after Gillette acquired the Filomatic brand being an copy of the Gillette Twinjector razor. This razor was designed for twin injector blades like the twinjector hence the name F2. Razor also shaves far as I can tell like a Gillette Twinjector and is milder than the standard Schick injectors from this time period (mid to late 70s) using the same twin blade. End result close but no BBS cigar finish.

    Canadian Pre War Tech Khaki Set .. And no I didn't use one of those Gillette Blue Blade. My dad used to give me his old blades to re use. They would tug on peach fuzz. ;)

    Thank You Gary, Tech's good but no, I haven't attempted a Blue Blade since I was 15. They can cut you but they can't shave you.. :D Depending on the humidity, I believe my dad used two blades per shave, well at times anyway.. :)
