    Homemade PSO
    Gillette Aristocrat 3 passes (8/8/5)
    Rapira Stainless (3)
    TSD Leather soap in a warm mug
    Ever-Ready boar
    Thayers unscented WH
    English Leather A/S

    I should have binned this Rapira Stainless after the second shave with it. I had a couple of days stubble but not enough to make a good blade tug. I dialed back a bit for the third pass so I could push a little harder but it didn't make much of an improvement. Anyhow, I managed to get a good enough shave to last most of the day.

    I have my usual craving for my favorite bay rum. Still loving the Astra Superior Platinum blade in the Stainless Steel Ascension razor. I have to say that the Astra SP has captured 3 razors now. Very versatile medium blade that cuts well while being able to stay decently smooth. I recently bought a 100-pack because it just keeps winning in some of my most used razors (Edwin Jagger DE89, Phoenix SS Ascension and Rex Ambassador). I'm running low on the CK6 container, so I'm going to use the previous CK5 soap for this shave.
