First run with the Razorock Hawk V3 solid bar on the Razorock bulldog handle.

The Yaqi two band badger did an excellent job with the Fine soap.

I went ahead and loaded a Feather Professional Super in the V3 at Jeff's recommendation from yesterday. The shave was a little tuggy but I got on the cap and the shave seemed to smooth out. I think these Hawks require a shallow angle and a few more shaves and I think I will have it dialed it. I am really liking these Hawk shaves. The alum was just a little noticeable this morning but nothing uncomfortable.

Finished the shave with some American Tobacco by Andy Hilfiger.

    Take care gentlemen!

Fine shave this morning. I used a lot of the Clubman cream and made sure to spread it around. For the shave itself, I did well, only leaving a little too much astroturf at N.W. Porcupine Alley(left side) and N.E. Cactus Nation(right). Cheeks, sideburns, and jawline checked out good. No Niagra Falls issues with the Clubman A.S., as the pour spout is small enough. Small is good. A solid Throwback Thursday shave. Tomorrow I'll get those areas I missed today. Very Excellent.

Thank you Gary. How are you doing?. For a canned shave, it did come out well. That Clubman still comes out like a squiggly snake, but provides a decent shave. I wonder if the "snake" factor pertains to it being a 19th Century shave cream.

i am well Paul, thank you.:).doubtful on the shave cream.just the amount of propellant in the can and/or how much is left.not a 19th century shave cream..;)

Excellent shave, lather, gear and pic, Joseph! Wostys are very sharp razors and they hold an edge. From my first honing, I have 40 shaves on my Wosty without a refresh and it still is going strong. Have a good day my friend.

    Oh, perhaps it's a 20th century version OF a 19th century company's shave cream-is that what we're saying?

Perhaps not in the 19th, but how about Rise, Colgate, Barbasol, Edge,Old Spice etc for the 20th? There was the famous Rise v Colgate legal case in 1949(Rise won).
