Had a good job interview today. I will not hear back from them until Monday. Man is it going to be a long weekend! I will have plenty to do though. We had a huge snow/wind storm on Monday than knocked out our power until this morning. Sure would be nice to land this job.

I got an extra bottle of Damnitall today...

I am thankful though, for still having hands to type this with. I was turning a piece of wood on the lathe and it had a slight vibration... quick as a wit, the banjo worked itself loose and the tool rest bumped the log, and sheered at the post. I'm blessed that I didn't lose a finger or an eye or something.

It was at that point that I just shut everything down and came back inside to watch the rest of a couple of tv series that expire from Netflix instant on Tuesday.

Thanks Bill - it is a pretty good job with some pretty good perks - have not had any of those for a long time. Still keeping my fingers crossed - I should find out something in the morning.

Gonna be a sleepless night...
