    Happy Saturday gentlemen. I had to get up early for a Saturday morning around 6:30. The missus needed to go to Queens to volunteer to distribute toys to those in need at her former parish.

    Following her departure I manage to get in my X3 Bar Pull workout. Afterwards I enjoyed a hot shower and a phenomenal three pass shave.

    I have not used the Meta Nectar in a while. It is perhaps one of my favorite PAA scents. The AJ Jordan performed wonderfully. I am smooth and refreshed. It’s now time for those weekend chores. :angry019:

    Saturday's Shave

    '56 Gillette Red Tip
    Gillette Platinum (1)
    Grizzly Bay 'Crimson Tide'
    D.R. Harris Marlborough Shaving Soap
    Dickinson's Witch Hazel
    Pitralon Classic Aftershave

    Relaxing shave this morning. I decided to spend 60 seconds loading the soap and ended up with enough in the brush for about 7-8 passes. I dipped the tips of the brush in the water quite often during the face lathering and ended up with a well hydrated, creamy, stable and slick lather. The lather building took longer than the actual shave passes, which is fine because I really enjoy that aspect of the process.

    2 passes with the Red Tip provided a comfortable and efficient result this morning with no irritation or mishaps.
    The cedar scented Pitralon Classic makes a nice complement to the sandalwood and cedar notes of the Marlborough soap.

    Roll Tide! The O/U for the game tonight is 74.5 so Vegas thinks it will be a shootout and that's a tough bet. I think Bama will cover the -17.5 point spread though.
