    Razor: Gillette adjustable slim H1- Mfg 1962 4th qtr, great razor (settings 6 WTG + 7 ATG + pickups)
    Blade: Personna red(1) excellent blade, Sharp & Smooth, reasonable longevity.
    Soap: Ogallala Bay rum & sandal wood- nice scent with great lather qualities.
    Brush: Yaqi timberwolf whiskers 24 mm knot, excellent lather creator, good backbone +cloud like soft tips.
    Pre shave: Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on the beard area.
    Prep: cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
    Post shave: Ogallala bayrum + sandal wood aftershave cologne + a dollop of Nivea balm.
    Results: CCS,DFS,BbS + no irritation + no weepers = [​IMG] Excellent shave with my Gillette Slim.

    my newest custom.just a cosmetic upgrade 1969 brit tech.mid 60s french cap with engraved logo and early 60s brit handle-brass/nickel plate 1/4 inch shorter than the 1969 handle.there is no difference in shave quality albeit the slightly shorter handle.the french cap razor had an aluminum handle.

    the cool part is i had all these laying around and these later techs ae all interchangeable..i'll now pic out a cool case and use this in rotation..more fun than being a purist..:D
