    I definitely understand because I have been overweight most of my adult life. At 60 yrs old, I had made a decision to start taking better care of myself. I have diabeties, high blood pressure, high cholesterol in my family. Five years later, I am in very good shape and feel like a much younger man. I would say late 40's, early 50's. I have a mindset that my 6 days/week exercise program is my prescription that I need to take seriously and commit to it until I am dead and buried. I love food and I still have pizza, hot dogs, french fries, chips, pretzels, bagels, etc. However, it is in moderation. I make sure that I have my fruits and veggies and red meat and chicken. Sorry, I need my red meat.

    Wednesday's Shave

    '64 Gillette Slim Adjustable (J4)
    Gillette Platinum (2)
    Omega 10066 Boar
    Mike's Bay Rum Shaving Soap
    Dickinson's Witch Hazel
    Grand Bay, Bay Rum Aftershave

    How long was my shave today? In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida length...almost to the last second.
    I haven't used the Gillette Slim in a while, so today it came off the bench and performed like a champ. The Omega brush still has a ways to go before it's broken in properly, but it did well and is a great value at $10.

    2 passes with the Slim (set at 9) provided a comfortable and efficient result this morning with no irritation or mishaps. Mike's Bay Rum soap continues to impress me with its performance and scent. Grand Bay aftershave is a great complement to the soap.

    razorock chrome silvertip synthetic
    razorock xxx

    good morning gents..shiny wednesday shave..went the razorock route today -fin xxx duro lather built with the razorock chrome silvertip synthtic.,bbs in 3 smooth passes.the tech shaved just like it's other late model stable mates,just a little cooler looking.great weight and balance..tech razors are quite inexpensive and fun to play around with and nobody really cares if you "break a set" to do so,unless it's a brit tech hybrid of course,which i did anyway..:D..xxx aftershave to finish.awesome.have a great day everyone..:cool:
