    But....wasn’t needed. Plenty of white/red/black pepper, along with a generous dosing of tony chachere's creole seasoning, and no problem keeping the lips tingly, and the nostrils cleared for quite awhile.

    Thank you Bruce! Over the last 4 years, I have spent plenty of money, time and sweat to get in decent shape. I can't and won't go back to what I was because then it would be all for nothing. I don't regret this exercise regimen and grateful that I can still do it. In any event, I hope you had a nice Christmas.
