No big deal at all Joe. Keeps the fragrance brain cells on their toes. I'm an over doser on aftershave application. Wifey loves the re-acquired 'fraghead' version of me since finding wet shaving.

Dry down 'on the collar' left over aroma of Space Nog.....about 5 hours after the application. I'd almost call it a well rounded barbershop AA Bay Rum now.

Great setup and shave Evan! That's quite the back order on the furniture. It's interesting to say the least, some things have started to get back on track, others not so much.

Primo's statement leads me to think that Agadir has the REAL THING(Oud). They do call it their "signature scent".

Oh about the MIX-...well, I'd put the Oud SLIGHTLY ahead-how's that? By the way, here's a horse story for you: Many years ago, I signed up for a horseback riding "class" while vacationing in Rocky Mtn. Nat'l Park(Colorado). The horse I got was named Charlie Brown. We(my family)were back the next summer, and I signed up for another horseback riding "class". I got the.........are you sitting down? SAME HORSE AS THE YEAR BEFORE.

Neck shave (To separate the hair on my head from the hair on my back :D ) and Mail Call. Came across a BST with a scent I've missed in the Ceramic jars and scooped once as well as a brand new in box and wrapped Cream (I'm not usually a cream guy) in my favorite Penhaligon's scent and don't think it's still available. If it is, not at the price I got it for. Also a shiny Injector Adjustable that needs some more scrub time to get the handle cleaner. All this slow USPS stuff I have in Black Holes around the country and The Soap/Cream shipped from Cali on Saturday and arrived today. Win/Win I'm not excited or anything

I actually don't mind working on the VW as some of the designs and build qualities are higher than some of the north american made cars . The turbo is the original so with the age and mileage of the car was no big loss . We picked up another on the cheap so not bad expense wise .
She took the car to the VW dealer in the city where shes attending university and they tried to charge her 5 hrs labor to assess the turbo. They dropped down tube, checked end play and reassembled. Took them 3 days to do this before charging her for all new studs , 3 gaskets etc . I dropped down tube in 15 mins. Only new parts they installed were 1 stud and 1 gasket . They cross threaded the new stud also.I will be paying this dealership a visit in the near future.
They told her she should consider buying a new car since hers was "junk" . When she settled the bill that day , she told the manager " You are lucky my father isnt here with me today, but I have a feeling that you will get the chance to meet him soon". I can't wait.
On a positive note, the nephew is doing well with the DE and I will slowly guide him through the journey from mild to wild. He thinks I'm nuts but I explained that I was a nervous newbie not all that long ago and some day he will be able to shave with these wonderfully sharp instruments too.

Which VW does your daughter have?

My first purchased car out of college (1987) was a VW Fox. Now that was a fun car, both to work on and to drive (autocrossed it a lot). I changed over to an Audi 100, 5 cylinder for my second purchase. Second VW was a Cabrio, then a VW Jetta, then the Passat, all these were wifey's vehicles. The Cabrio and Jetta, we only kept a short time, each traded for bigger as kids entered the scene. Traded the Jetta for a Honda Pilot when we got to two car seats for the girls. When that time passed, we went back to VW for wifey, the 2008 Passat purchased used in 2010. The Passat was good til about 140k miles, then it just seemed cursed.
