oil return tube? now the turbo works properly a partially blocked breather system will create all sorts of oil leaks in many places..

 

Yup. A fine lather, no question. While I don’t find the scent awful by any means, I just didn’t enjoy it. Certs at the bottom of a leather purse seems about right.

I have a P1 from 1970.

 

Shes 2 1/2 hrs away and I can't look at it till later this week . Told her keep the oil full till she gets home again.

 

Heres last few shaves . Sorry I haven't been on lately but this week seemed like a mechanical nightmare. Daughters car repairs then I had to do more welding to the plow after I caught something and tore the bracket off and bent some other rigging. Then my brother called me to work on his truck.Keeps me out of trouble I guess.
As for the shaves ....all were awesome and Santa approved of the scents ( he gave them to me ) . Still battling the Fat but the Fat is going to lose this battle . Seems the more I use it the better it likes it . The lather is a bit thicker which is an improvement but same as with Williams, the slickness is definitely there albeit the lather is less visible.
Did a ToBS Sandalwood shave since I forgot how good it smelled . I'm getting flashbacks of my youth with the Brut and Stetson. Not everyones cup of tea but sure had great times when I wore them.

Last pic is the P1 which I will be using for Gary's @brit Gillette focus . A mild razor but I will be amping it up with blade selection. I cut my teeth ( and my face ) on this razor in the beginning. Still enjoy pulling it out and now that I've honed my technique, I get some really nice shaves with it. That's proof of a what a good 30 day focus can do for you. Have a great day gents!!

Happy New Year everyone! I will drop in from time to time. My focus is on work and watching they playoffs. I am actual in for the No Buy unless I find one of the few straights or brushes I am looking for and of course a watch or car. I have my eye on a couple of watches and once spring comes I am on the search for the right Camaro SS as a weekend fun car. The watch heads and motor heads responsible for this, well you know who you are.

Prep: Warm shower / Cussons Imperial Leather ~ Arctic Ocean & Icelandic Moss Shower Gel.

Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face.
Yardley ~ English Lavender Bar Soap + Nuage Menthol shaving Oil.
Brush : Frank Shaving 24mm Synthetic.
Bowl Lather.
Tesco's Ceramic 'Cosmo' Side Bowl.
Lather: OSP ~ Grapefruit & Menthol Shaving Cream.
Blade: Tiger Platinum. (3)
Razor: FaTip Grande.

Post:
Cold Water Face Rinse./Homemade (~Winter mix~) peppermint Lavender, +eucalyptus, Tea Tree Oil Witch Hazel Mixture./Lucky Tiger ~ Aftershave & Face Tonic.

How sweet. The absolute innocence of the child. It's precious and, unfortunately, fleeting.

 

Crazy, yes, but the actual "travel time" isn't awful. My three products, one from Iowa, one from Long Island and one from NC, spent a total of over 3 weeks on the road or just sitting in a truck. The Indianapolis "hub" was, and still is, completely overwhelmed. IMO, the USPS should go back to just delivering letters and leave the packages to FedEx and UPS.
