Great shave, Blair! Your the forerunner of a new trend, shaving with art objects! :)

Thanks, Danny! I like variety, what can I say! After half a century with Krona DE one pass shaves, I deserve a little variability in my shave kit! :)

Quite welcome Charlie! If I remember, gloves too if you are using a hammer, just in case. You may also want to use a towel (that you don't want) to cover the handle before proceeding, it'll stop the flying pieces. You'll want to whack or clamp in a vise in the middle/bottom of the handle. I ruined one by a hit too close to the knot area, split the glue knot in half.

Yes, usually without the guard as it's a pain to flip it whenever you change sides. Ever use one Joseph?

Just in! :bounce015: An Above the Tie aluminum SE1 head. It is used but in excellent shape. I already had the Calypso handle.

Charlie, I used a bench grinder and carefully ground the handle down to the knot in three place and pried the knot out. Hope this helps.

Lovely Blair and the blade treatment is very unusual. I like it.

Very nice...I don't have any of the stainless steel ones. Is the one your holding a sample? It looks small. Take care

That is the exact Process I use. When I come home from work the brush is placed on my brush/razor rack.
